Do NOT import a seed phrase generated on other software or hardware wallets.
We cannot guarantee compatibility. It’s also unsafe to use a seed phrase created on a mobile phone or PC.

If you enter the wrong PIN three times, the device will lock permanently and you will lose access to the device. At that time you will need to get a new hardware wallet to recover with your mnemonic phrase.
